Our goal is to provide an area where you can handle all actions required to manage you team. If your see an action or information needed to manage your team that we did not provide please let us know so we can assist you.
To have access to the coach's dashboard, you must be an org admin or do one of the following:
- Complete a team registration.
- Be assigned to a team by your organization administrator. (An adult membership will need to be assigned to you if you don't already have one)
The coach's dashboard gives the ability to:
- View a team's current game, scoring and penalty statistics to immediately see how the team is doing and make better informed decisions about who to play.
- Form a roster by assigning players to active status. (Any changes during a game do not get automatically updated to scoring)
- Edit PLAYER information with a phone number, email address, jersey number, position and captain or assistant captain role on team.
- Edit TEAM STAFF information with a phone number, email address, and team staff role on team. (For adult divisions, team staff can also be assigned player combination roles like coach player)
- View division payment status for each player and the entire active roster.
- View and download a Schedule PDF ( The schedule becomes available when your organization administrator has published a schedule for your division)
- View and download a Roster PDF. (Names must be Active Players to appear on the roster)
- Send email communication to anyone affiliated with the team individually or as a group to the team staff, players or both.
- Make a call to anyone on the team directly if using a phone, tablet or computer with voice services.
- Upload a photo for any player or team staff member.
- Upload team photos.
- Add Players and Staff to your team through Roster Additions. (May not be available to all organizations)

Things to Do Before the Tournament
- Register your Team

- Remember to Check out our Hotels. Reminder their are cut off dates
- Remind parents if they are removed for behavior the player they are associated will be removed too. Please remind them it is a family environment and to watch language
- Remind players any physical
Things to Remember the Day of the Tournament
- Make sure all your players are "Ready to Play" on the online roster or bring a paper copy and age/grade verification
- Home Team provides game ball
- Arrive 1 hour before first game for book check
- Arrive 30 minutes before game time in case games are running early
- Reminder 3 coach's bands are available but Coaches MUST be on the roster
- Head Coach should be the only one to address Referees on the court

- If you stayed at any of the hotels we listed please provide feedback to help future events.
- If hotels were stayed at that are not listed on our site please let us know so we can possibly list them for future events
- Feedback on the tournament. We are always trying to improve so it is important to know what we do well or what we can do to improve.
How do I Create my Organization or Team in the System?
Team Admin/Coaches can create their Team(s) in the system by registering their Team in an event. In the Navigation Bar above select Tournament Registration and simply select an event. Register your team and you will have access. It will save your data and roster and when you decide to register for your next event it will pull up your team information & Roster.
If you aren't ready to select an event can you still create my Team(s) in the system have access to them?
Yes, On this page you will see a tab In the Navigation Bar that says Team Registration "No Event". Register your team and you will have access. It will save your data and roster and when you decide to register for an event

How do I invite my players and have them upload their documents?
Team Admin/Coaches can invite players to their team(s) from the coaches dashboard. To get to the coaches dashboard, Log In and click on your name in the top right. One of the options in that dropdown will be My Member Dashboard. From there, you can see your registered teams and select one to manage.
NOTE: If you create a player profile when building your roster please use the parent, guardian or responsible person's email so the invitation will go to them to complete the registration and upload the required documents.

How do I build my Team Rosters ?
Team Admin/Coaches can build their Team Roster(s) from the coaches dashboard. To get to the coaches dashboard, Log In and click on your name in the top right. One of the options in that dropdown will be My Member Dashboard. From there, you can see your registered teams and select one to manage.

Team Logo
It is important to upload your organization/team logo to ensure it appears in league, pool and bracket information. Also it will show beside your Team Name in our Power Rankings. Your team logo will be uploaded during Team Registration or by updating your Team Information.
Is there any special requirement to upload my team logo?
No, any image should work. The only thing to note is that the logo will be displayed in a square, so uploading a square image will yield the best results. If the image is not square, it will be resized to fit in the square.
How do I find an Athlete that registered and add them to my Team Roster?
Athletes can enter their information and upload documents two ways: By individual Registration (listed on the Parent/Athlete Page located on the home page) or by you entering the parent/athlete email and inviting them when you build your Team Roster. Admin/Coaches can build their Team Roster(s) from the coaches dashboard. To get to the coaches dashboard, Log In and click on your name in the top right. One of the options in that dropdown will be My Member Dashboard. From there, you can find or add a player to your roster. The process is the same whether the player is registered yet or not. From the coaches dashboard, you can find or create player profiles and add them to your team. If they have already registered, they will simply be added. If they have not yet registered, they will be invited to complete registration after you add the email and click ok. You can also input their information or upload documents.
I am a returning Team Admin and already loaded my Team Roster but need to update it. How do I access it?
Team Admin/Coaches can update their Team Rosters at any time (unless it is locked) from the coaches dashboard. To get to the coaches dashboard, Log In and click on your name in the top right. One of the options in that dropdown will be My Member Dashboard. From there, you can select or create your team. Once created you will see a drop down listed "athlete" with an edit button to the side of it. Click Edit and you will see a place to add emails at the top. Type in the email and you will either see an existing profile if the player is in the system or you may add or remove them by hitting OK.

I am a Team Admin and need to add some information to my Team profile that I forgot or didn't have the information for when I initially registered.
Team Admin/Coaches can add information to their Team Profile from the coaches dashboard. Access is based on if your set it up or if you are added as an additional user. To get to the coaches dashboard, Log In and click on your name in the top right. One of the options in that dropdown will be My Member Dashboard. From there, you can see your registered teams. Next to "manage team" there should be an option to edit the Team data.
